Cap. 16 Art. 1487Rights of party to whom a supplement in money is due.

The party to whom a supplement in money is due, may exercise over the thing which he has given all rights and privileges competent to a seller in respect of the price, even though the contract is, under the provisions of the last preceding article, a contract of exchange.
