Cap. 16 Art. 1436Where thing is capable of yielding fruits.
Sub-title V
If the thing is capable of yielding fruits or other profits, the buyer shall still be bound to pay interest on the price, even though owing to a fortuitous event or for any other cause the thing shall have yielded no fruits or other profits during the time when the price was still owing.
