Cap. 16 Art. 1423Limitation of actionforbreachof warranty.
Sub-title IV
(1) In all cases where a shorter period is not fixed, the action for breach of warranty against eviction shall be barred by the lapse of two years to be reckoned from the day on which the judgment against the buyer has become final and absolute.
(2) The said period of limitation shall run as provided in sub-article (2) of article 1407.
