Cap. 16 Art. 1421Where buyer has prevented eviction by paying a sum of money.
Sub-title IV
Where the buyer has prevented eviction of the tenement by paying a sum of money, the seller may free himself of all the consequences of the warranty by refunding to him the sum paid together with interest, and all expenses.
