Cap. 16 Art. 141Property of which the parents have usufruct.

(1) The parents shall have the usufruct of such property as devolves on the child by succession, donation, or any other gratuitous title, including property derived from entail.

(2) They shall retain such usufruct until the child attains majority, unless the latter dies before that time.
