Cap. 16 Art. 1405Sale of two tenements by the same contract.
Sub-title IV
Where two tenements have been sold by one and the same contract, and for one and the same price, the measure of each tenement being specified in the contract, and it is found that one of the tenements is smaller and the other larger than the measure specified, set-off takes place to the extent of the difference; and an action for an increase or diminution of price is only maintainable in accordance with the rules set forth in the foregoing articles.
