Cap. 16 Art. 1403Where increase of price is due.
Sub-title IV
Where in accordance with the provisions of the last preceding article an increase of the price is to be paid on account of an excess in the measure, the buyer may elect either to repudiate the contract or, if he retains the tenement, to pay the overplus, together with interest.
