Cap. 16 Art. 1401If quantity is found to be larger.
Sub-title IV
If, on the contrary, in the case mentioned in the last preceding article, the quantity is found to be greater than that stated in the contract, the buyer shall be bound to pay a supplement: Provided that where the overplus exceeds the twentieth part of the quantity stated in the contract, the buyer shall be at liberty to repudiate the sale.
