Cap. 16 Art. 1395Fructus pendentes.
Sub-title IV
The fruits which are uncut or unplucked at the time of the sale, or, where the sale is made under a suspensive condition, at the time of the fulfilment of the condition, shall belong to the buyer although they had been sown by the seller.
