Cap. 16 Art. 1382Delivery of incorporeal things.
Sub-title IV
The delivery of incorporeal things takes place either by the use which the buyer makes of such things with the consent of the seller, or by handing over the documents of title in the case of any right the title to which is transferable by endorsement or delivery.
