Cap. 16 Art. 1230Affirmation or ratification of act which the law expressly annuls for want of formalities.

Saving any other special provision of the law, the affirmation or ratification of any act which the law expressly annuls for want of the requisite formalities, shall not validate such act, unless the affirmation or ratification is made by means of an instrument having all the formalities required for the validity of the act so affirmed or ratified.
