Cap. 16 Art. 1227Affirmation or ratification of obligation.
Sub-title V
The affirmation or ratification of an obligation against which an action or plea of rescission on the ground of nullity or on any other ground was competent shall produce its effects between the contracting parties without prejudice to the rights of third parties.
