Cap. 16 Art. 1223Day from which periodoflimitation begins to run.

(1) The said period of limitation shall only begin to run, in the case of violence, from the day on which the violence has ceased, and, in the case of error, fraud or false consideration, from the day on which the defect was discovered.

(2) In the case of an obligation without consideration the period shall run from the day of the contract.
