Sub-title V
(1) With regard to minors, lesion shall be a good ground for rescission, in any kind of agreement not expressly excepted by law, and whatever the extent of the lesion, unless it is of very small consequence.
(2) Nevertheless, it shall not be competent even to a minor to sue for rescission on the ground of lesion where such lesion is the effect of a fortuitous and unforeseen event.
