Cap. 16 Art. 1208Debtor to assign rights of action to creditor.
Sub-title V
Where the thing perishes or is placed or extra commercium is lost without the fault of the debtor, the debtor is bound to assign to the creditor any right or action for damages, to which he may be entitled in respect of such thing.
