Cap. 16 Art. 1176When deposit may be withdrawn.
Sub-title V
(1) A deposit, so long as it is not accepted by the creditor, may be withdrawn by the debtor, unless it shall have been attached by a garnishee order sued out by the creditor or any other person.
(2) Where the debtor withdraws the deposit, his co-debtors or sureties are not discharged.
