Cap. 16 Art. 1160Presumption of payment in the , case of rent interest or other periodical payments.
Sub-title V
In the case of rent, interest, or other periodical payments, if it appears from receipts that the debtor has paid the sums falling due at three consecutive periods, without any reservation as to sums fallen due previously, the latter sums shall be presumed to have been paid.
