Cap. 16 Art. 1104Where creditor consents to the divisionofthe debt in favour of one of the debtors.
Sub-title III
Where the creditor consents to the division of the debt in favour of one of the debtors, he shall not thereby be barred from exercising his joint and several action against the other debtors in respect of the whole debt.
