Cap. 16 Art. 1097Judicial demand against one of the debtors in solidum does not bar a similar demand against any of the others.
Sub-title III
A judicial demand made against one of the joint and several debtors shall not operate so as to bar the creditor from bringing a similar action against any of the others, even though, in making the first demand, the creditor shall not have expressly reserved such right
