Cap. 16 Art. 109Registrar of court to cause registration of presumption.

The presumption shall, upon the demand of the registrar of the said court, be registered in the Public Registry, as provided under articles 290 and 291 within fifteen (15) days from the date of notification of the decree to the Director of the Public Registry, unless it has already been registered upon the demand of any other person.
