Cap. 16 Art. 1060When a condition is deemed to be fulfilled.

(1) The condition shall be deemed to be fulfilled if the debtor who is bound under such condition is the person who has impeded the fulfilment thereof.

(2) The provision of this article shall not apply in any case in which the impediment is due to the exercise of a lawful right not contemplated in the agreement.
