Cap. 16 Art. 106Thepresumptionin virtue of decree of court.

The presumption in virtue of a decree of the court shall take effect by virtue of the decree itself, and no other act shall be required. For the purposes of this article "the court" means such court or courts as may be prescribed by or under any law in force from time to time.
