Title IV of Part II of the Police Act and of the Prisons Act, with respect
Whenever the public officer against whom disciplinary proceedings are to be taken happens to be serving in an office or establishment which does not form part of any department of
Government, the Permanent Secretary supervising that establishment shall take such action as a Head of Department is empowered to take under these regulations:
Provided that the Prime Minister, acting on the recommendation of the Public Service Commission, may delegate such power to a senior officer of such office or establishment under such conditions as may be specified in the instrument of delegation.
