For the purposes of the provisions of article 19 of the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, and whenever any other matter concerning the pharmaceutical profession and not covered by regulation 3 is being considered, the Council shall include the three apothecaries appointed as additional members of the Council under regulation 3.
