For the purposes of the provisions of articles 66 and 67 of the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, and whenever any other matter concerning the dental profession and not covered by regulation 3 is being considered, the Council shall include the three dental surgeons appointed as additional members of the Council under regulation 3.
