S.L. 9.19 Art. 8Certificate by Attorney General.

Where the Attorney General receives a decision on supervision measures within the meaning of these regulations, the Attorney General shall, in his own individual judgement and subject to the provisions of regulation 9, issue a certificate to the effect that the authority which issued a decision on supervision measures has the function of issuing decisions on supervision measures in the issuing State and such certificate shall be conclusive of its contents.
