S.L. 9.14 Art. 9Execution after issue of certificate.

(1) Where a certificate has been issued by the Attorney

General under regulation 7, the provisions of this regulation shall apply.

(2) Without the need of any further authority other than that conferred by this regulation, the decision shall be transmitted to the Registrar of Courts for execution and shall be served on the sentenced person.
