S.L. 9.14 Art. 17Detailsofoutgoing decision.

(1) A decision issued under regulation 16 shall contain:

(a) a statement indicating whether the conduct to which the decision refers to is scheduled conduct; or

(b) a statement of the offence.

(2) A decision shall only be transmitted to one executing State at any one time.
