S.L. 9.14 Art. 11Effect of decision.

(1) The following provisions shall apply where a decision is executed by the Registrar of Courts under regulation 9.

(2) The decision shall have the same effect as a sentence ordering the payment of a financial penalty under the Code as the case may be, and the provisions of the Code shall mutatis mutandis apply to the said decision, sohowever that any reference to a financial penalty as defined in these regulations shall be construed as a reference to the payment of a financial penalty in that Code.
