S.L. 65.22 Art. 8Participants in transport of dangerous goods.

All participants in the transport of dangerous goods, including, but not limited to, the person of the consignor, carrier, consignee, driver, loader, packer, filler, the tank-container or portable tank operator, and all others persons involved in the transport of dangerous goods shall conform to the requirements and fulfil all the obligations prescribed in Annex A and Annex B to the ADR.
