S.L. 65.22 Art. 7Authorisation for single transports.

(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of these regulations, the competent authority may authorise single transports of dangerous goods which are either prohibited by Annex A and Annex B to the ADR or which are to be performed under conditions different from those laid down in Annex A and Annex B to the ADR.

(2) Written authorisation from the competent authority shall be required for every such single transport as is mentioned in subregulation (1).
