S.L. 65.22 Art. 19Reports.

Whenever an accident affects any person, property or the environment or results in damage to property or the environment during transport activities carried out by the undertaking concerned, the adviser shall, after collecting all the relevant information, prepare an accident report for the management of the undertaking. This report shall be made available to the competent authority whenever so requested:

Provided that this report shall not replace any report to be drawn up by the management of the undertaking which may be required under any other international, Community or national legislation.
