S.L. 65.22 Art. 18DGSA certificate.

The DGSA certificate referred to in the preceding regulation shall be valid for a period not exceeding five years. The period of validity of a DGSA certificate shall be extended automatically for five years at a time where, during the final year before each expiry, its holder shall have followed refresher courses or passed an examination both of which must be approved by the competent authority in accordance with any regulations which may be made by the Minister from time to time.
