S.L. 646.8 Art. 23Drinking facilities.

(1) It shall be the duty of the employer to provide and maintain at suitable points at the workplace an adequate supply of drinking water and to provide for its hygienic consumption.

(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subregulation (1), such facilities shall be clearly indicated and conveniently accessible to all persons employed at the place of work.
