S.L. 646.2 Art. 50Duty to comply with regulations.

If the persons whose duty it is to comply with regulations 10, 11 and 13, fail to do so, then it shall also be the duty of the employers of the persons employed for whose use the means of access and the lights are required to comply with the said regulations within the shortest time reasonably practicable after such failure.
