All those places where the following operations are undertaken by way of trade or business or for the purpose of any industrial or commercial undertaking or by or on behalf of the Government, namely, the construction, structural alteration, painting, decoration, repair or maintenance of a building or any other structure (including repainting, redecoration and external cleaning of the building or structure), the demolition of a building or structure and the preparation for and laying the foundation of an intended building or structure.
