S.L. 628.1 Art. 61Return of thing seized.

If the Authority determines that it is no longer necessary to detain anything seized by the inspector under this regulation, the inspector shall notify in writing the key officer of that determination and, on being issued a receipt for it, shall return such thing to the key officer.
