S.L. 628.1 Art. 60Mandatory assistance. 

(1) The key officer and any person who is present at the premises at the time of the inspection shall give the inspector all reasonable assistance in their power and provide the inspector with any information that the inspector may reasonably require.

(2) An association or any person as referred to in sub-regulation (1) who fails to cooperate with the Authority or the orders of an inspector shall be guilty of an offence as established in the Second Schedule.
