S.L. 628.1 Art. 48Provision of other key positions or functions.

(1) The Authority may by means of a binding instrument, establish other key positions or functions that shall be performed by persons within an association.

(2) No person shall be appointed to occupy any such key position or provide any such key function unless such person is approved by the Authority to provide such position or function, or as may be otherwise directed by the Authority in any binding instrument.
