S.L. 628.1 Art. 46Approval by the Authority. 

The Authority shall revoke an approval granted to a Key

Officer if such officer:

(a) ceases to be resident in Malta;

(b) ceases to be an administrator of an association;

(c) fails to comply with any order or direction issued by the Authority; or

(d) ceases to be, in the Authority’s sole discretion, a fit and proper person.
