S.L. 628.1 Art. 45Functions of the Key Officer. 

A Key Officer shall:

(a) personally supervise the operations of the association;

(b) be the main contact person of the Authority for the association which he represents; and

(c) shall ensure that the association complies with all applicable laws and regulations, the conditions of the permit and any binding instruments.
