S.L. 618.1 Art. 3Compliance review.

Without prejudice to any provisions of the Act, before releasing any transferred deposit liabilities to transferred depositors, the Fund shall, following the submission of an application submitted in accordance with article 19(3) of the Act, conduct a compliance review in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
