S.L. 605.1 Art. 3Fees payable.

(1) The fees chargeable to persons who are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union receiving full-time tuition in any level of tuition appearing in the first column in the Schedule, organised by the Directorate for Educational Services, shall be those fees appearing opposite to the level of tuition in the second column of the said Schedule.

(2) Such fees shall be payable at the office of the Directorate for Educational Services or at any such school, college or other educational institution as the Director may specify from time to time.
