S.L. 605.1 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"Director" means the Director General responsible for the

Directorate of Educational Services established by article 13 of the Education Act;

"Malta" has the same meaning as is assigned to it in the Constitution of Malta; "Maltese student means a student normally residing in Malta and includes a resident of a Member State of the European Union: Provided that the Minister responsible for education may, in his discretion, declare any student to be a Maltese student for the purposes of these regulations; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for education.
