S.L. 602.1 Art. 38New evidence during therapy.

When new evidence emerges during the course of the therapeutic interventions, the psychologist shall help the minor recall such memories but shall stop the therapeutic intervention and shall proceed with filing a report with the Director (Child Protection) in terms of the Act:

Provided that the psychologist may resume with the therapeutic sessions only once directed to do so by the Director (Child Protection) or once another investigative interview has been held in terms of these regulations.
