S.L. 602.1 Art. 37Closure session and referral.

When the psychologist deems that the referred minor has received sufficient therapy to process the trauma, the psychologist shall hold a closure session with the minor alone or with the minor and other family members or with the minor and the alternative carers as the psychologist deems the most appropriate in the circumstances and shall inform the Manager (Children’s House). Should the minor benefit from other therapeutic services, a referral shall be made to other services. A report shall also be drawn up by the psychologist which report shall be kept in the minor’s file at the Children’s House. A copy of such report can be communicated to interested persons in terms of these regulations.
