S.L. 597.4 Art. 77Privilege for communications with professional representatives.

The provisions of article 106 of the Act apply in relation to persons on the list of professional representatives maintained in pursuance of Article 120 of the European Union Trademark Regulation ("professional representatives") and for this purpose the definition of "trademark agent" in article 105 of the Act includes professional representatives.
