S.L. 597.4 Art. 55Collective and certification marks.

(1) For collective marks in international registrations designating Malta, article 61(b), articles 77 to 90 of the Act shall apply mutatis mutandis.

(2) For certification marks in international registrations designating Malta, article 61(a), articles 62 to 76 of the Act shall apply mutatis mutandis.

(3) Where the regulations governing the use of collective or certification marks have not been submitted directly to the Comptroller, the Comptroller shall issue an provisional ex officio refusal under rule 56.
