In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Psychotherapy Profession Act;

"Appeals Committee", means the Committee established in accordance with regulation 3;

"Board" means the Board of the Psychotherapy Profession in Malta established in accordance with article 4 of the Act;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for the psychotherapy profession.
