S.L. 586.8 Art. 18Rights of the data subject in criminal investigations and proceedings.

Where a law provides in an equivalent manner for the rights referred to under regulations 13, 14 and 16 with regard to personal data contained in a judicial decision or record or case file processed in the course of criminal investigations and proceedings, the data subject shall exercise his rights in accordance with such other law.
